Organizational Structure Functions and Operating Principles of the DSRC Membership of the DSRC Membership Expectations Liaison with DARPA Office Directors and Program Managers Code of Ethics	Organizational Structure Executive Committee: The DSRC is managed by an Executive Committee comprised of the Chair and Associate Chair, the past two Chairs, and the Directors and Deputy Directors of DARPA’s Defense Sciences Office (DSO) and Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) (or their designated representatives). The Executive Committee is supported by non-voting members: the DSRC Administrative Coordinator, the DSRC Principal Investigator,the DARPA Program Manager and the Military Liaison. Terms: The terms of the Chair and Associate Chair are two years. At the end of the Chair’s term the Associate Chair becomes the Chair. A new Associate Chair will be nominated by the Executive Committee. The DSRC Administrative Coordinator and Principal Investigator serve for the duration of the current contract with DARPA. The Military Liaison is appointed by the Executive Committee, typically with an indefinite term of service.
