Organizational Structure Functions and Operating Principles of the DSRC Membership of the DSRC Membership Expectations Liaison with DARPA Office Directors and Program Managers Code of Ethics	The DSRC assists DARPA in identifying and assessing new scientific and technological opportunities and serves as a high level technical resource for the Office Directors and Program Managers. The DSRC does not participate in the definition or review of specific DARPA programs. While the DSRC attempts to provide well informed reports based on its close contact with Office Directors and Program Managers, in order to best serve DARPA its final deliberations and judgments are made independently. The activities and membership of the council are expected to evolve in accordance with DARPA needs.
