Organizational Structure Functions and Operating Principles of the DSRC Membership of the DSRC Membership Expectations Liaison with DARPA Office Directors and Program Managers Code of Ethics	Liaison with DARPA Office Directors and Program Managers The DSRC serves both as a technical resource in its own right and as an access point into a much larger technical network for DARPA Office Directors/Deputy Directors and Program Managers. To accomplish this important function: The Chair of the Council and the Study organizers explicitly create mechanisms to foster effective interaction between council Members and DARPA Program Managers. Restraint shall be exercised in workshop and Summer Conference schedules to create the time needed for such interactions. Council Members will visit other DARPA Office Directors and/or Program Managers when given guidance to do so by the DSO or MTO Office Directors/Deputy Directors.
